Ashiq Patthey: Comedy of Errors
Anuja Sachdeva is making her directorial debut in the Punjabi film industry with Ashiq Patthey. She has acted in films such as Teen Patti and Ajab Gazab. She said, “I started with modelling and acting but have always aspired to be a filmmaker. The movie is a comedy of errors about two brothers.”

The film has gone on the floors and is expected to release around September this year. Written by Garry Grewal it stars debutant H Dhami, who is also a UK based singer and Sartaj Gill. The film also features prominent actors like Om Puri, Mukul Dev and Sunita Dhir. Gurmeet Singh, winner of PTC Music Awards for best music director has given the music.
