It has been reported that Chandigrah- based corporate law firm Evaluer has initiated a project to help start-up entrepreneurs in setting up their businesses by providing free-of-cost consultancy to them. The service has been started to help the entrepreneurs in starting their own business ventures.

The firm has started the initiative with a view to educate the start-up companies, including smaller corporate houses, about some basic concepts of corporate governance, structuring their business venture, drafting contracts and agreements and the funding options.
During a press conference, the founder of Evaluer, Prabhjit Gill, said that the professionals at Evaluers will interact with the young the entrepreneurs and will guide them in the matters of funding, venture capital and private equity.

Evaluer will also provide start-up entrepreneurs and smaller or mid-sized firms information on the right government agency to consult. The participants will also get a chance to get some legal advice on matters like company formation, LLP or partnership registration, structuring the board, defining the role and responsibility of each shareholder, formally documenting the rights and obligations of each shareholder and ways and means to infuse capital.
