The upcoming acting talent hunt show Big Fame Star (BFS) held youths audition in Chandigarh. Television actor Anup Soni and actress Tisca Chopra are the judges of the show, actors Gavie Chahal and Sunita Dhir the mentors and actor Vishal Karwal the host of the show.
In the first phase of the audition that kicked off in the city, contestants came together to showcase their acting skills. Auditions for the show have been conducted in six cities of Punjab - Patiala, Bathinda, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Jalandhar and Chandigarh.
Punjab has given rise to many Bollywood actors in the past and the response from Chandigarh has turned out to be great. The selected artists will be fully groomed and will be trained in all types of acting. Contestants, who were mainly from the age group of 16 to 25 years, emerged in huge numbers to audition for the show. A total of 16 contestants, across the six cities, will reach the Gala Round that will be featured on Spark Punjabi channel.
